Terms
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how PathoKing may be used, what the educational limits are, and how accounts, membership, AI tools, and support tickets are handled.
Educational use
PathoKing is an educational study tool for learning pathophysiology and related concepts. It is not medical advice, clinical direction, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a substitute for local policy, qualified supervision, or professional judgement.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for using the service lawfully. PathoKing may restrict, suspend, or remove access where an account is misused, used to attack the service, scrape content, bypass access controls, or harm other users.
Trials, membership, and payments
PathoKing may offer a short trial followed by paid membership. Payments are processed by PayPal, not directly by PathoKing. Subscription status, billing interval, provider subscription ids, and access status may be stored so the app can grant or remove access correctly.
AI study tools and soft caps
AI study tools are provided to support learning and may be limited by soft usage caps to prevent spam, abuse, unusually high cost, or service disruption. If a soft cap is reached, access to AI tools may be paused while usage is reviewed. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against reliable learning resources.
User content and support tickets
Notes, study responses, saved AI outputs, planner items, and support tickets should be lawful, respectful, and relevant to learning or support. Do not submit confidential patient information, identifying clinical details, abusive content, or material you do not have permission to share.
Changes and availability
PathoKing is actively developed and may change over time. Features, content, pricing, access rules, and AI limits may be updated. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party providers, or technical problems.
